Chief Operations Officer

Saad Al Sharhan is a Senior Business Development Leader with extensive experience working with all organizational support levels, creating and managing corporate strategies and setting up new businesses opportunities.

Recently, Saad has taken on the role of Chief Operations Officer at Al-Mutatawera Gulf Group.He has been responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of MGGT’s support services, ensuring the direction, resources and information are being successfully executed in the field.

Saad’s journey in the education industry did not start here; he is also the COO at the Australian College of Kuwait in Kuwait City for almost a decade. His work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organization.

His strengths are strategic leadership, business development, communication and facilitation.

His major initiatives include:

♦Directed the operations of the support functions in all departments;

♦Evaluated new systems and applications in all major departments related to Health & Safety,Project Management,PR & Marketing,Facilities ⁢

♦Identified new business opportunities and set up operations in Bahrain,KSA and  Qatar;

♦Managed a project reaching 120 million KWD (Al-Abdaly Border Post Project in  Kuwait;

♦Was a team member in the Ministry of Finance Committee to establish a new public
company at the Global Clearinghouse Systems Company in Kuwait;
